First of the month transportation nominations are due to Atmos Pipeline - Texas by 2:00 p.m., CT on the SECOND BUSINESS DAY prior to the first calendar day of each month.

Changes after the first business day of the month are due to Atmos Pipeline - Texas by 11:30 a.m., CT on the BUSINESS DAY PRIOR to the effective date of the nomination.

Each transportation nomination shall contain the following information:

• Shipper's Name
• Atmos Pipeline - Texas' Contract Number
• Atmos Pipeline - Texas' Station Number(s) for receipt and delivery points
• Upstream and downstream shipper information
• Nominated and previously nominated quantities
• Receipt to delivery point pathing for those nominations with multi-receipt and delivery points

Transportation nominations should be faxed to Atmos Pipeline - Texas' Gas Scheduling Group at 214.206.2105. Electronic nominations via the web may be accessed through the Customer Activities Web Page.
