Atmos Pipeline - Texas (APT) has established interconnects with intrastate and interstate pipelines, gas processing plants, gathering points and well sources to receive and/or deliver gas. These interconnects create both the business and operational capacity for APT to provide viable transportation services to producers, marketers and other shippers that desire to move gas through the APT system. APT provides interruptible transportation service under the following transportation service agreements:

• Pipeline-to-Pipeline Natural Gas Transportation
• Natural Gas Storage and Transportation
• Industrial Gas Transportation
• Pooling Services
• Power Generation

Atmos Pipeline - Texas (APT) provides interruptible intrastate and 311 transportation to pipelines, marketing companies and other shippers, who require transportation service to non-end user destinations, such as pipeline interconnects, on the APT system.

Atmos Pipeline - Texas (APT) provides storage and transportation to pipelines, marketing companies and other shippers, who require both storage and transportation services. This service is subject to availability at APT's sole discretion.

APT's storage services are typically one-year terms. APT will send out a Request-for-Proposal (RFP) for available storage volumes during early January of each year. Proposal analysis typically takes a few days and all customers are notified of their award status at that time. The storage term begins in the month of April and extends through March of the next year. Atmos Pipeline - Texas provides interruptible intrastate transportation for industrial customers served directly by Atmos Pipeline - Texas or through Atmos Pipeline - Texas Distribution who qualify. Some major terms of the service include:

• Available to customers who have a North American Industry Classification System Code beginning with 21, 22 (electric generation only), 31, 32, or 33.
• Interruptible
• Requires Automated Measurement Equipment
• Uses balancing and nomination procedures consistent with other transportation customers
• Industrial transportation is contracted only with the qualified, industrial end-user/customer
• Agents for end users must furnish an executed Agents' agreement to Atmos Pipeline - Texas.
